A Disappointment

I’ve been playing some soccer lately with friends from church. It has been a blast, but I do tend to have trouble walking for a couple days afterward.
When I get out on the field and start to run, I feel that I am cool. I am fast. I am powerful. I feel the spirit of the gazelle coursing through my body. I am not only swift and strong—I am graceful.
And then I come home and look at some of the pictures that Sarah took. Ha! I look ridiculous! And I do weird things with my hands when I run. Oh, well. =D
